Requirements
- 5-8 years of progressive experience in financial analysis, real estate management, or related fields.
- Strong proficiency in financial modeling, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate.
- Proven track record in managing complex projects and delivering superior results.
- Willingness to travel occasionally as required by client engagements.
- Should be motivated, demonstrate a high degree of energy, and be a self-starter
- Must have the ability to multi - task, often in a time pressured urgent environment
- Ability to work both independently, as well as a team member
- Must be willing to travel as warranted by client service requirement
Nice to have
- Experience in corporate finance, banking, consulting or accounting preferred
- CFA, CTP, CIRA and FINRA credentials are a plus
- Physical and Mental Job Qualifications
- Must be able to sit for long period of time
