About the role

Responsibilities
- Secure site control for development prospects, including negotiating leases, easements and other agreements with landowners. Manage ongoing landowner communications.
- Initiate and manage generation interconnection activities
- Initiate and manage generation interconnection activities; understand power markets and trends

- As an Associate, Renewable Development, you will support the development of utility-scale solar, storage, and wind energy projects throughout Colorado and Wyoming.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of work experience in renewable and/or clean energy industry or relevant experience
- Ability to write effectively and concisely

Skills
- Familiarity with energy project development, real estate development, transmission and power project engineering are advantageous.
- Relevant experience in land, environment, permitting or development
- $98,000.00 - $125,000.00 USD Annual
- Bonus: 20% - 30%
- The base pay range reflects the minimum and maximum target salary for the position.

- Invenergy considers a number of factors when determining base pay offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education and skills.
- In addition to base pay, the total annual compensation package may also include eligibility to participate in our bonus program(s) which are designed to reward individual and company performance.
