Managing vendors in support of real estate acquisition, title, survey and recording of documents

Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field
In addition to a bachelors degree, three (3) years or more of related experience
In Lieu of a bachelors degree, HS/GED AND seven (8) years or more of related experience
Knowledge of renewable energy development, operations and construction
Experience using Google Earth, AcreValue and similar land analysis platforms
Proficiency in MS Office and other software tools
Knowledge of utility, pipeline and other infrastructure including generation and transmission systems
Experience working with real estate internal and external legal counsel on complex transactions
Must be familiar with public land records and real estate research
