Mentor, and develop engineers at various levels, fostering a team culture rooted in ownership, inclusion, and continuous improvement.
Collaborate with product and business stakeholders to define technical strategy and lead your team in delivering scalable, high-impact software features.
Take responsibility for the design, development, and maintenance of foundational systems that power marketing and advertising technology capabilities.
Identify architectural bottlenecks and lead efforts to modernize, refactor, and improve the structure of our codebase to support long-term growth.

You are a thoughtful and pragmatic engineering leader who combines technical depth with a strong sense of ownership and team enablement.
You have a systems-thinking mindset and naturally look beyond immediate tasks to understand how architecture, tooling, and workflows shape the broader developer experience.

Familiarity with Svelte or a willingness to learn it.
Experience with modern JavaScript frameworks and front-end architecture is a plus.

Able to clearly articulate technical concepts to engineers, product managers, and executives alike.
