Our team is looking for an MRO Business Unit Manager / Director to join them.
You will report to the General Manager and will have an onsite work structure in Miramar, FL.

10+ years of experience in a repair or manufacturing environment managing a team.
Candidate must be a U.S. Person as defined by ITAR.
Have a strong understanding of an Income Statement and factors that influence a P&L budget
Possess a good working knowledge of repair processes, estimating, procurement, and quality in the aviation industry.
C.F.R. §120.15 is required. "U.S. Person" includes U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, asylee, or refugee.
