Responsibilities
- Maintain production according to set standards and quality.
- Participation to maintain a team environment.
- Set budget for and maintain profitability of the department.
- Supports and investigates situations in which line/equipment stoppage occurs due to perceived, imminent safety risk.
- Completes incident investigations, root cause analysis and implements corrective actions accordingly in a timely and thorough manner.
- Coordinate with all support groups i.e. Maintenance, Scheduling, Printing, and etc.
Requirements
- 4) Minimum 5 years supervisory experience.
- 5) Experience in Injection Molding.
- Lead all required meetings safety (i.e. Pre-
- 1) High school diploma or equivalent.
- 2) Good communication skills.
- 3) Technical injection molding experience.
