About the role
- As our Client Services Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for our investors.
- You'll work directly with Investor Relations leadership, including the CEO, learning the fundamentals of real estate investing while delivering the kind of responsive, hospitable service that sets Birgo apart.
- The "Director of First Impressions" for investor relations; triaging daily incoming communication, typically on the phone or via email.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the technical support contact for investors struggling to navigate the online platform (e.g., resetting passwords, updating profile details, or viewing investment performance).
- Support events and webinars administratively.
Requirements
- Must be able to be on the phone and use a computer for an entire workday.

Compensation
- $50,000-$60,000 per year
