Responsibilities

  • Datawizz is building the agent workforce.
  • We're hiring people who want to build, not manage.
  • set up and maintain the workspace, manage vendors (IT, cleaning, snacks, security/badges, supplies), and keep everything running smoothly.
  • partner with hiring managers, wrangle interview scheduling (via Ashby/Calendar) and handle candidate logistics.
  • manage invoices/expenses, corporate cards and receipts, basic purchasing, and help with budget tracking and procurement.
  • Own the office & facilities: set up and maintain the workspace, manage vendors (IT, cleaning, snacks, security/badges, supplies), and keep everything running smoothly.
  • Recruiting coordination: partner with hiring managers, wrangle interview scheduling (via Ashby/Calendar) and handle candidate logistics.
  • Finance & admin support: manage invoices/expenses, corporate cards and receipts, basic purchasing, and help with budget tracking and procurement.

Requirements

  • 3-6+ years in office management / operations roles at a startup or similarly fast-paced environment.

Compensation

  • $50,000-$500,000)
  • Competitive salary, based on experience level (Annual compensation range: $50,000-$500,000)

  • coordinate onboarding/offboarding (I-9/paperwork, accounts, equipment), benefits and payroll changes in our HRIS, and maintain company policies and handbooks.
