Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for hourly, sales, and corporate roles nationwide - from sourcing through offer
  • Review inbound applications daily and maintain a healthy pipeline across active requisitions
  • Post and maintain job listings on the company website, job boards, and social media
  • Grimco has been building one for 150 years.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, Psychology, or a related field
  • 0-5 years in recruiting, HR, sales, or a fast-paced customer-facing role

Nice to have

  • Comfortable working in an ATS and sourcing across multiple platforms (experience with SmartRecruiters or LinkedIn Recruiter is a plus
