Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for hourly, sales, and corporate roles nationwide - from sourcing through offer
- Review inbound applications daily and maintain a healthy pipeline across active requisitions
- Post and maintain job listings on the company website, job boards, and social media
- Grimco has been building one for 150 years.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, Psychology, or a related field
- 0-5 years in recruiting, HR, sales, or a fast-paced customer-facing role
Nice to have
- Comfortable working in an ATS and sourcing across multiple platforms (experience with SmartRecruiters or LinkedIn Recruiter is a plus
