Responsibilities
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team in an open, iterative design process to develop and refine design concepts
- Contribute to our design process across all project phases, including conceptual design, schematic design, design development, and construction documents
- Coordinate design documents with clients, consultants, contractors, and regulatory agencies to meet overall project objectives
- Create graphic presentations, 3d models and renderings, and design drawings
- Research and specify materials, building systems, and pro ducts
- Knowledge of materials, construction techniques, and building codes

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, or equivalent
- 5 years of related project experience
- Proficiency in physical modeling, digital modeling, and visualization using Rhino, Grasshopper, Revit, and Enscape
Nice to have
- LEED accreditation a plus
- p ortfolios ideally include one project with this particular focus
