- Accountable for a minimum of $3M in annual revenue. **This is a 100% remote position, however ideal candidate will be within a reasonable commute of Dallas, Texas.
Requirements
- Minimum Degree Required: Bachelor's Degree
- Years of experience: 7 years successful experience in fundraising, corporate engagement, and executive relationship development with distinguished partners, preferably with a multi- million dollar organization
- 3 to 5 years of staff management experience

- Master's Degree

Skills
- Proven track record securing 6 and 7 figure corporate relationships
- Demonstrates strong sales skills and proven track record in identifying and securing new revenue opportunities
- Outcome driven with ability to respond to changing circumstances and priorities.
- Demonstrated success in leading, mentoring, and motivating high-performing development teams to achieve ambitious fundraising goals.
- Applies expert-level skills in managing complex external relationships and stakeholder engagement
- Leverages deep mission expertise and ability to articulate ACS impact and strategic priorities
