Requirements

  • Minimum Degree Required: ​ Bachelor's Degree ​
  • Years of experience: 7 years successful experience in fundraising, corporate engagement, and executive relationship development with distinguished partners, preferably with a multi- million dollar organization
  • 3 to 5 years of staff management experience

Nice to have

  • ​ Master's Degree ​
  • Preferred Degree: ​ Master's Degree ​

Skills

  • Proven track record securing 6 and 7 figure corporate relationships
  • Demonstrates strong sales skills and proven track record in identifying and securing new revenue opportunities
  • Outcome driven with ability to respond to changing circumstances and priorities.
  • Demonstrated success in leading, mentoring, and motivating high-performing development teams to achieve ambitious fundraising goals.
  • Applies expert-level skills in managing complex external relationships and stakeholder engagement
  • Leverages deep mission expertise and ability to articulate ACS impact and strategic priorities

Compensation
