About the role

  • Sales Contact Center representatives will follow the Sales Process to assess needs, make recommendations and sell auto and property policies over the phone.
  • As the job family progresses it requires more focus on quality, execution, mentoring, training and development of entry level and intermediate representatives.
  • Assists prospects in purchasing the correct coverage to meet their needs, preparing rate quotes a closing the sale.

Requirements

  • Enters information accurately and efficiently into systems to process all required documentation including: electronic application, endorsement forms and finalizing payment methods.

Nice to have

  • Current Property/Casualty license preferred.
  • Required to attain within 30 days of starting.

  • Excellent phone and customer service skills.

Compensation

  • The base pay range represents the typical range of potential salary offers for candidates hired.
  • Factors used to determine your actual salary include your specific skills, qualifications and experience.
  • $36,800-$50,600
  • Incentive Pay:
  • In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for a Short-Term Incentive plan.
