Responsibilities
- Works with SMEs and internal partners to gather information and support training development
- Develops interactive training content across a variety of formats
- Applies instructional design principles to support content development, storyboarding, and curriculum updates
- Create step-by-step tutorials and learner support with the end user in mind
- Supports LMS-related activities such as course testing, uploads, learner support, and maintenance as needed.

Compensation
- The base salary range for this position is $60,000 - $70,000.

- Keeps current with learning technologies and instructional design practices and shares ideas with the team
- 2+ years of relevant instructional design, learning development, or related experience
