Responsibilities
- Provide white-glove technology support and advice to our Executive Management team
- Manage expectations clearly and professionally during incidents and service requests
- Coordinate with local, off-site, and global technology service providers to maintain excellent service standards
- Develop written project plans for new technology initiatives
- Provide rotational 24/7 on-call support and travel domestically and internationally as needed
- Ability to troubleshoot and remediate complex issues, perform root cause analyses, and recommend actions to reduce future risk
- Support for employee-led affinity groups representing women, people of color and the LGBT+ community

Requirements
- Minimum of four years of experience in a client service, desktop support, or technical support role
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution with a concentration in technology, computer science, or a related discipline
- Proficiency supporting PCs, laptops, video conferencing solutions, software, and mobile devices

- The annual base salary range for this role is $110,000-$170,000 (USD), which does not include discretionary bonus compensation or our comprehensive benefits package.
