About the role
- With the intent to offer Medical Lab Assistant program, WCC invites applications from eligible and experienced candidates for the position of Instructor for the Medical Lab Assistant Program.
- Participate in the development of curriculum as per the BCSLS Competencies for Lab Assistants.
- Qualifications: Certified Medical Lab Assistant with more than 10 years work experience working in the field OR teaching experience of more than 2 years in the same field.

Requirements
- MLA: 10 years (required)
- Certified Medical Lab Assistant with more than 10 years work experience working in the field OR teaching experience of more than 2 years in the same field.
- For teaching laboratory section, the required qualification is Certified Medical Laboratory Technologist.
- Expected Start date: May 2026
