About the role

The Senior Manager plays a critical leadership role in driving growth and market share across an assigned territory or channel.
You'll combine data-driven insights with collaborative leadership to influence outcomes, strengthen relationships, and unlock new business opportunities.
This is a highly visible role with direct impact on state-level planning, pricing execution, and overall business performance.

Lead and inspire distributor partners to execute brand and portfolio strategies, driving topline growth and market share within your territory or channel
Serve as the primary point of contact for distributors, building strong relationships and collaborating across field marketing and key commercial partners
Lead demand forecasting, pricing execution, and state-level financial performance, including profit and loss (P&L) accountability and budget management
Partner with cross-functional teams and distributors to ensure operational excellence across ordering, logistics, and distribution
Lead, coach, and develop Market Managers by setting clear objectives and key results (OKRs), providing ongoing feedback, and supporting career growth
Use data and performance metrics to guide team decisions, track progress, and drive consistent results
Drive distributor execution and market growth
Deliver financial performance, planning, and operations
Lead, coach, and develop teams

8-10+ years of relevant experience in a sales leadership role, preferably within the wine & spirits or consumer goods industry
Proven ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, navigate ambiguity, and overcome obstacles with a results-driven mindset
Willingness and ability to travel up to 40%
