About the role

  • We are seeking an experienced Architect - Network Engineering to lead the design, evolution, and governance of enterprise network architecture across complex hybrid environments.
  • This role is responsible for creating secure, scalable, resilient, and high-performing network solutions that support business growth and digital transformation initiatives.
  • The ideal candidate will combine deep technical expertise with strategic thinking to develop architecture standards, modernization roadmaps, and future-ready networking solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Design and govern enterprise network architecture across LAN, WAN, SD-WAN, wireless, and data center environments.
  • Lead network transformation initiatives, technology modernization programs, site deployments, cloud connectivity projects, and migrations.
  • Develop architecture frameworks, standards, governance practices, and reference designs that ensure scalability, resilience, and operational excellence.
  • Embed security principles into network designs, including segmentation, VPNs, firewalls, access controls, and secure connectivity models.
  • Partner with infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity, data center, and application teams to ensure seamless interoperability and compliance.
  • Review and approve high-level and low-level network designs while maintaining alignment with enterprise standards.
  • Create architecture documentation, technical standards, topology diagrams, and decision records.

  • Translate business and technical requirements into end-to-end network architectures, implementation plans, and capacity strategies.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies and vendor solutions to improve network performance, automation, reliability, and cost optimization.
  • Mentor network engineering teams and provide technical leadership on complex networking initiatives.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics & Communication Engineering, or a related field.
  • 12-15 years of overall IT experience.
  • 10+ years of hands-on experience in enterprise networking, network architecture, or network engineering leadership roles.

Compensation

  • $12k-$15k
