  • Les exigences du poste déterminent l'admissibilité à chacune de ces options. ***** Enbridge Gaz Québec is looking for an engaged and dynamic individual to fill the position of Coordinator, Work Management Centre.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze requests and create the appropriate Work Orders for service installations.
  • Order, track, and manage permits and locates in order to release work to the construction team.
  • Manage Power BI reports related to gas requests.
  • Manage customer requests related to field repairs.
  • Coordinate and manage field repair work with contractors.
  • Participate in and support work planning activities in collaboration with the planning, construction, and market development teams.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Requirements

  • The incumbent must be fluent in French.
  • High school diploma required.
  • Experience demonstrating the ability to work well under pressure with minimal supervision.
  • Experience with the following software would be considered an asset: Office Suite, Maximo, CCWS, and Markview.
  • Final candidates for this position may be required to undergo a security screening, including a criminal records check.
