Responsibilities
- Procurement & Supplier Management is embarking on a multi-year journey to evolve into a strategic, innovative practice that enables LOB competitive advantage, strengths risk management and drives enterprise value through RBC's scale.
- The Senior Manager, Governance, Policy & Process is a key member of the Procurement Strategy, Risk & Governance Team with accountability to drive horizontal initiatives in support of the overall transformation priorities and goals.
- End-to-end accountability for strengthening, simplifying, standardizing and evolving key components of the 'End-to-End Procurement Lifecycle' workstream which is a foundational workstream of the overall transformation Evolve procurement policies, processes, procedures and controls that span across the full lifecycle Deliver key risk and governance activities in support of the Team's broader mandate.
- Partner across the Team and Transformation - specifically drive key strategic initiatives within the End-to-End Procurement Lifecycle workstream Lead initiatives that enable effective risk management and governance across the Team What do you need to succeed?
