Responsibilities
- Works with a team of Architects and design personnel engaged in all phases of a large architectural project.
- Responsible for the technical excellence of the architectural tasks and analyses performed, and for on-schedule completion in accordance to contractual obligations under the direction of a Lead Architect.
- Efficiently and accurately completes a variety of architectural assignments such as preparation of 3D models and drawings in Autodesk Revit, specifications via SpecsIntact, and other design deliverables suitable for procurement and construction purposes.
- Extracts or coordinates engineering information from CAD drawings and 3D building models.
- Prepares material selection and quantity takeoffs, cost estimate coordination, site surveys, and designs based on provided client needs.
- Interfaces with Engineering disciplines to ensure coordinated design products and with other departments to support procurement and construction activities.
- Prepares engineering responses to Requests for Information (RFIs) and may work directly with construction teams to resolve issues and/or revise design products during construction.
- Performs other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate.

Requirements
- Proficiency in reading and applying building codes, including UFC.
- What Required Skills You'll Bring:
Skills
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (accredited program) and typically 5+ years of related US work experience.
- Proficiency in utilizing Autodesk Revit and other PC software packages typically associated with architecture is required.
- Ability to design to specific program needs.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
- A knowledge of current technology and be able to select and apply appropriate engineering software for use on project.
Compensation
- Salary Range: $35.96 - $62.93
