  • Work closely with engineering, design, and other cross-functional partners to develop, launch, and iterate on customer-facing web products and the internal tech stack.
  • Translate strategy into clear requirements and decisions that maintain momentum.
  • Partner with engineering leadership to identify and bridge gaps in our web architecture.
  • Evaluate, implement, and govern AI solutions to increase speed to customer value.
  • Shape company-wide strategy by influencing cross-functional decisions and partnering with leadership to drive board-visible business impact.
  • A deep curiosity about what motivates users to engage and convert, using that empathy to build web experiences that solve their problems.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience designing, implementing, and analyzing A/B and multivariate tests.
  • High AI fluency with experience launching agents, automating workflows, and improving website agentic-readiness.
  • A strong understanding of web technologies and content management systems, alongside expertise in data analysis using tools like Amplitude or Eppo.

Nice to have

  • 7+ years of experience in Web Product Management (SaaS / PLG preferred) delivering significant business impact through web platforms.

Compensation

  • The base pay provided for this position ranges from $175,950.00 / year - $248,400.00 / year USD depending on the geographic market and assuming a full-time schedule.
