About the role

  • Under general supervision, this position advances enrollment, communication, engagement, and student success initiatives aligned with the College's strategic goals.
  • Student Communication and Engagement (40%)
  • Conduct proactive outreach to prospective, newly admitted, returning, and continuing students.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and coordinate communication strategies that support student enrollment, onboarding, retention, re-engagement, and completion.
  • Create and manage targeted communication campaigns utilizing email, text messaging, CRM workflows, and other communication platforms.
  • Supervise and train communication support staff assisting with outreach, documentation, and student follow-up.
  • Support the administration, utilization, and optimization of Element 451, EAB navigate360, and other student communication platforms.
  • Provide training and support to faculty and staff utilizing CRM and communication tools.
  • Collaborate with Admissions, Advising, Financial Aid, Marketing, and Student Success departments to ensure coordinated student outreach.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution.

Nice to have

  • Experience utilizing CRM platforms, communication management systems, or student information systems preferred.
  • Experience with Element 450 or similar CRM systems preferred.
  • Experience supporting communication workflows, marketing automation, or student engagement campaigns preferred.
  • Experience utilizing AI-assisted communication tools preferred.
  • Proficiency in Spanish preferred

Compensation

  • All salary calculations start at the minimum salary and will be based on candidate's education and experience | Open until filled.
  • Pay range starts at: $43,005.22.
