Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize the supply chain network.
  • Collaborate with supply chain and operations teams to streamline processes and leverage systems for controls to ensure data integrity and transparency of key financial metrics.
  • Monitor performance against the budget and drive implementation of corrective actions where needed.
  • Drive transparency in performance against key KPI's related to supply chain finance and drive intervention where needed.
  • Specifically, deliver financial commitment of Project Atlas, Reading 1.0-3.0, and Electra.
  • Support the Head of Supply Chain and/or CFO when presenting to the pladis Americas LT and/or Global Supply Chain ELT.
  • Proactively support the development of the America's culture; inspire a culture of Quality starting in Finance and Supply Chain.
  • Develop talent to ensure rewarding, value-added roles for the individual and organization.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of progressive experience in Finance within CPG or Food Industry
  • expertise in Supply Chain Finance, FP&A, and/or controllership.
  • Ability to stand alone and influence both up and down within and outside the organization.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint, SAP, D365

Nice to have

  • B.A./B.S. in Finance or Accounting is required
  • MBA or CPA is a plus.
