About the role
- The Submissions Specialist is responsible for ensuring consistent and accurate regulatory submissions for Fingerpaint Marketing clients.
Responsibilities
- apply functional annotations as needed Follow and maintain the submissions calendar and attend weekly internal brand team standup meetings to stay informed of deadlines Maintain reference library for assigned brands

Nice to have
- Bachelor's degree 1 to 2 years of experience as a submissions specialist in the pharmaceutical marketing and advertising industry
- prior experience at an agency or pharmaceutical company preferred Flexibility in schedule
- able to accommodate submissions work for agency teams for East and West Coast hours Software/systems proficiency in Veeva Vault and other client submissions systems
- Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft SharePoint (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- experience with Workfront and Airtable a plus
- Mac user required Ability to understand and absorb scientific content Ability to work under pressure and multitask
