About the role

  • This position hours are Monday through Friday, 3:00pm - 11:30pm with overtime expected through the work week and a rotating Saturday schedule.

Responsibilities

  • Daily inventory counts to maintain cycle counts.
  • Restock shelves and displays promptly to maintain product availability and ensure the production is well supplied.
  • Maintain Inventory Integrity and Traceability:
  • Woodward is hiring 2nd shift Stockhandlers to support our Machesney Park Warehouse.

Requirements

  • Ability to stand for entire shift.
  • All applicants must be U.S. Persons within the meaning of the ITAR and EAR, or eligible to obtain all required authorizations from the U.S. Department of State and/or the U.S. Department of Commerce.

Skills

  • Attention to Detail: Precision in handling products per handling code and data to minimize errors in stock handling and recordkeeping.
  • Physical Stamina: Capability to handle physical tasks such as lifting, moving, and stocking merchandise throughout the shift.
  • Problem Solving Abilities: Address and resolve issues related to stock discrepancies, damaged goods, or supply chain interruptions.
  • Additional Information:
  • Moderate physical activity requiring agility and dexterity, including walking, standing, or bending
