Requirements

  • Demonstrated advanced written and oral communication skills and a strong understanding of the application of civil rights laws within a public university setting required.
  • The following materials must be attached when applying:
  • Master's degree or professional doctorate plus at least five years of progressively responsible experience in civil rights investigations, affirmative action and equal opportunity, or bachelor's degree plus at least 9 years of progressively responsible experience in these areas, required. Demonstrated advanced written and oral communication skills and a strong understanding of the application of civil rights laws within a public university setting required. Must possess Title IX Administrator and Investigator certification or obtain certification within 12 months of hire. Experience in prevention programming, collaboration with community or student organizations, conflict resolution and mediation, and staff supervision preferred. Certification as a Title IX Decision Maker, ADA/Section 504 Coordinator or EO/AA Officer also preferred.

Compensation

  • $110,000 to Commensurate
  • Pay Grade: 123
  • Pay Basis: Salary
