Responsibilities

  • Lead employee training and development, including onboarding, training plans, documentation, and ongoing skills updates.
  • Train and develop employees by ensuring training programs align with company standards and supporting continuous improvement initiatives while serving as a proactive change agent.

  • Build positive employee relationships through open communication, fair and consistent policy administration, performance management, training, and employee engagement.
  • Collaborate across departments to support operational objectives, uphold Magna principles, and ensure high-performance team results.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
