Mach is seeking a highly organized Final Integration Technician to join our team..

Build a variety of pilot and pre-production assemblies using Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) for mission-critical components, including high-voltage power systems and complex electromechanical assemblies.
Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the work area, utilizing 5S best practices, and adhere to the firm's safety protocols.
pilot and lead Kaizen events as necessary
Perform teardown and test validation for new equipment/testers across multiple lines.
Mentor and support on-the-job training for production associates.
Perform self-inspections and in-process inspections to ensure adherence to quality standards.
Provide feedback on assembly issues, driving continuous process improvements and solutions; pilot and lead Kaizen events as necessary

Experience in a production or assembly environment.
Ability to work in a fast-paced setting while maintaining high standards of quality.
Proficiency in operating multiple types of equipment and using basic hand tools (both electric and mechanical).
Ability to prioritize tasks and adapt to sudden changes in daily priorities.

Experience in a pre-production pilot phase environment.
Understanding of bill of materials (BOM) and familiarity with MES systems.
Experience working in industrial or defense-related environments, including high-voltage systems or complex electromechanical assemblies.
Proficiency in electro-mechanical assembly and over molding.
Familiarity with machining, welding, and mechanical craftsmanship.
Basic wiring and diagnostic experience.
Knowledge of mechanical component assembly and systems integration.
IPC J-STD, 610 certification.

The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only.
