Maintains property functionality through organized shop management, inventory control, amenity‑area upkeep, and routine inspections across life‑safety systems, pools, elevators, and lighting.
Leads and supports maintenance staff by delegating service requests, evaluating technicians and groundskeepers, and assisting with property rehabilitation and QA inspections.
Delivers strong resident service through professional communication, timely issue resolution, and support for community events and resident needs.

Meets certification and licensing needs including a valid driver's license, dependable transportation, and a Type II or Universal refrigeration certification (or ability to obtain within 90 days).
