Requirements

  • Advanced competency in digital tools and advances in Pharma, including CRMs, AI, omnichannel, content management solutions, etc.

Nice to have

  • Bachelor's Degree, ideally in a scientific or information technology-related field
  • Master's Degree or other advanced degree, ideally in a scientific or information technology-related field

Skills

  • Advanced competency in Teams, excel, PPT and related software
  • Enhance methods for measuring and reporting metrics and KPIs
  • Improve and standardize Field Medical onboarding, lists and system access management

Compensation

  • $192,100.00 - $252,100.00 annually BeOne is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices.
  • Actual compensation packages are determined by several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to job-related skills, depth of experience, certifications, relevant education or training, and specific work location.

  • Non-Commercial roles are eligible to participate in the annual bonus plan, and Commercial roles are eligible to participate in an incentive compensation plan.
