About the role

Guidelight Health is a cutting-edge behavioral healthcare company dedicated to transforming lives through high-quality PHP (Partial Hospitalization Program) and IOP (Intensive Outpatient Program) services.
Clinical hours are ideally Monday - Friday from 9:00 - 2:00 EST, with one hour of rounds and one hour of direct supervision with the psychiatrist each week.

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on psychiatric assessment findings.
Prescribe and manage psychiatric medications, monitoring for effectiveness and side effects.
Provide crisis intervention and support when needed, particularly in a PHP/IOP setting.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of evidence-based practices and advancements in psychiatric care.
Document all patient interactions and treatment in accordance with agency policies and regulatory requirements.
The Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner will provide psychiatric evaluations, diagnosis, medication management, and therapeutic support to individuals enrolled in our PHP and IOP programs.
You will collaborate with other clinicians, including psychiatrists, therapists, to provide a holistic approach to patient care.

Master's degree in Nursing (MSN) from an accredited program.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team-based environment.
Ability to work with diverse populations and demonstrate cultural competence.

Title: Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
Reports to: Executive Director
Clinical hours are Monday - Thursday from 4:00 - 8:00 EST.
Rounds are 2:30 on Wednesday and 1:00 on Friday and you get two hours of direct psychiatrist supervision each week.
Hours are expected to increase as census continues to grow.
Role Responsibilities:
Conduct psychiatric evaluations, including intake assessments, for patients in the PHP/IOP programs.
Provide ongoing medication management and adjust treatment plans as needed.
