About the role

  • The role also champions the modernization of FP&A through the adoption of advanced technologies, automation, and AI-enabled tools to enhance modelling accuracy, performance measurement, and enterprise-wide insights.
  • Influences financial decision-making across the organization, identifying priorities, risks, and opportunities as a senior thought leader.
  • Conducts confidential HR-related modelling-including salary budgets, workforce planning, and collective bargaining scenarios-in collaboration with HR and the CFO.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 7 years' experience in accounting and finance, with a strong foundation in financial management and analysis.
  • This position is based in Vancouver, British Columbia. Relocation will be required for candidates not currently located in the area.

  • Evaluates and champions new digital tools, automation opportunities, and analytics technologies that modernize FP&A workflows.

Compensation

  • Salary range: $120,336 - $150,420
  • Within the range, the base pay offered is determined by multiple factors, including job-related skills and relevant education/experience.
  • The range above reflects base pay only and does not include the competitive at-risk pay program and benefits that we offer!
