Responsibilities
- Application Implementation and Support
- Analyze clinical, business, and technical processes to develop effective system solutions
- Configure, build, implement, maintain, and optimize Epic applications supporting clinical and operational workflows
- Manage application implementations, upgrades, and enhancement projects
- Provide technical and application support to clinical users, operational staff, and Information Technology teams
- Design and implement application solutions that support departmental and organizational needs
- Collaborate with operational stakeholders to prioritize application enhancements
- Maintain and support installed Epic application software
- Perform debugging, testing, implementation, and maintenance of software modules
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Experience supporting, configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting enterprise software applications

Nice to have
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Experience supporting Epic applications within clinical or operational environments
- Experience participating in Epic implementations, upgrades, optimizations, and workflow redesign initiatives
- Licenses/Registrations/Certifications
- Epic Certification in a relevant module
- Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
- ITIL Certification
- Additional Epic certifications relevant to assigned application areas
Compensation
- $85,000+ depending on qualifications

Benefits
- The retirement plan for this position is Teacher Retirement System of Texas (TRS), subject to the position being at least 20 hours per week and at least 135 days in length. ----
