Great speech therapists individualize their treatment plan based on the needs, issues and age of each patient.
Great speech therapists focus on improvement, adjust their approach depending on how the patient is responding, and understand that therapy is a progressive activity.

Perform comprehensive speech and language evaluations, treatment and related follow-up services, including discharge planning.
Document patient assessments and pertinent information in a timely manner.
Train and educate patients and family members or others support, and document understanding of treatment plan and goals.

Master's Degree- Speech and Language Therapy- Required
1 Year Speech Therapy Experience.
American Speech Language and Hearing Association (ASHA) -Required
1 Year Speech Therapy Experience - Required
1 Year Home Health Experience - Preferred
Speech Pathologist (SPE)- State Licensing Board - Required
Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)- American Heart Association - Required
Driver's License - Required
Auto Insurance - Required
