Responsibilities
- Implement patient care by continuously practicing within the guidelines of CCF policies and procedures
- Perform accuracy in medication administration as directed by physician.
- Obtain and document patient's weight, vital signs and initial information for providers.

- No matter how common or complex a condition is, this team works in collaboration with other specialists to coordinate and manage patient care.
Requirements
- Knowledge of age-related concerns as observed through appropriate nursing interventions by the Physician or Manager and documentation
- Knowledge of Infection Control Practices
- Essential Duties: This position requires knowledge of various aspects of patient care.
Compensation
- You will be required to comply with this program, which will include obtaining an influenza vaccination on an annual basis or obtaining an approved exemption.
