Build High-Performing Teams
Develop and maintain reporting mechanisms to measure and provide transparency into business performance to ensure financial plans are achieved.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to communicate complex financial concepts concisely to partners across job levels and functions including the CEO and Senior Leadership Team.
Chewy is seeking a Director, Finance - Ads and Discovery to lead finance support for Chewy's Ad Network (i.e. Chewy Ads) as well as the Search and Discovery teams.
This is a highly visible role responsible for shaping how we invest, measure success, and drive accountability across two critical growth areas of the business.
They show a drive to understand operational metrics and can clearly express their point of view to executives for long-term business decisions.
Your primary business partners are mostly located on the West Coast with many at Chewy's Hub in Seattle, WA.

To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate must be able to earn trust across product, engineering, finance, commercial and accounting partners using data to inform their recommendations and analyses.

Experience with SQL, Tableau, and Hyperion or other financial systems software The base salary range for this role is $186,500 - $297,500.00.
The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to the candidate's relevant experience, education, and work location.
In addition, this position is eligible for 401k and a new hire and annual equity grant.
C08+ positions may also be eligible for annual bonus.
Exempt salary team members have unlimited PTO, subject to manager approval.
Team members will receive six paid holidays per year.
