About the role
- Lean Practitioner Company: The Boeing Company Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is currently seeking a Lean Practitioner to join the Flight Performance Paint and Delivery team in North Charleston, South Carolina on 1st Shift!
- Assists in formatting updated training materials.

Responsibilities
- Leads and facilitates (Lean tool certified) process improvement efforts
- Supports advanced continuous improvement tool application
- Must maintain all necessary certifications to perform the job
Requirements
- 3+ years of Aerospace, Fabrication, or Manufacturing experience
- 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Office Suite
- 1+ year experience using Lean manufacturing and/or continuous improvement practices and tools in the workplace
- 1+ year experience with analyzing data and generating metrics reports
- To meet U.S. export control compliance requirements, a "U.S. Person" as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.62 is required. "U.S. Person" includes U.S. Citizen, U.S. National, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.
- Required to be available to attend 2nd and 3rd shifts based on business need for periodic observations

Compensation
- $96,050-$129,950
