About the role

  • Bentley Systems is seeking a talented and dedicated professional to join our successful Resident Consultant Services Team.
  • As a Resident Consultant, you will serve as a Bentley ProjectWise solution subject matter expert and be embedded with the Louisiana Department of Transportation (LADOT) for an extended period.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver expert-level ProjectWise coaching and training to LADOT staff
  • Provide ongoing technical support and guidance on ProjectWise

Requirements

  • Familiarity with OpenRoads Designer (ORD) and MicroStation is an asset.
  • The ideal candidate will have proven experience with the Bentley ProjectWise solution, exceptional communication skills, and a commitment to user success.
  • Periodic travel is required to the Louisiana DOT office in Baton Rouge, LA (minimum four on-site visits annually).
  • At least five years of ProjectWise administration experience. Familiarity with OpenRoads Designer (ORD) and MicroStation is an asset.
  • Knowledgeable in Bentley software workspaces as they pertain to ProjectWise.
  • Understanding of infrastructure projects and workflows in transportation.
  • PowerShell basic knowledge or experience.
  • Background in creating training materials or recording instructional videos.
