Responsibilities

  • Design and build EPM models supporting FP&A, revenue forecasting, headcount and workforce planning (including org modeling, capacity planning, and attrition scenarios), and cost/margin analysis
  • Integrate planning systems with ERP, HRIS, and data warehouse sources to support a unified reporting environment
  • Own end-to-end delivery of EPM projects from requirements through adoption
  • Manage stakeholders across finance, IT, and operations to ensure on-time, on-scope delivery
  • Support QA, testing, and documentation for new builds and enhancements
  • Work directly with FP&A leads and finance business partners to capture requirements and deliver practical solutions
  • Build and maintain dashboards, KPIs, and executive reporting outputs
  • Drive user adoption and change management for system rollouts

  • We're currently looking for a Manager, Financial Systems & Planning to support the design, implementation, and ongoing optimization of our Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) infrastructure.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Information Systems, or related field
  • Familiarity with data integration patterns (ERP connectors, data warehouse pipelines, API-based integrations)

Nice to have

  • 6-9 years of experience in EPM, financial systems, or FP&A
  • Demonstrated experience delivering EPM projects across FP&A, revenue, or headcount and workforce planning domains
  • Experience working directly with finance stakeholders at the VP/Director level
  • Experience with next-generation EPM platforms and a track record of migrating or modernizing legacy planning environments is a strong plus
  • Consulting or SI background preferred but not required
  • EPM platform certification(s) preferred

  • If you are hired in Belmont, California, the compensation range for this position is between $141,500 and $172,500 for full-time employees, in addition to eligibility for variable pay, equity, and benefits.
