- Our clubs are searching for experienced Fitness Professionals already certified in an array of related fields including Physical Therapy, Chiropractic Medicine, Yoga, Pilates, Personal Training, and/or Massage Therapy.
- Equinox's Stretch + Mobility Training Program ensures that clients receive a hyper-customized stretching session.
- Stretch Business Management
- Build and maintain an active client base
- Manage and maintain an accurate schedule, inclusive of client appointments, meetings, and open availability within our internal scheduling systems
- Market and sell stretch series to members and clients through phone calls, emails, and in-person interactions and Stretch Events.
- Maintain knowledge of all club services, programs, and products
- Service and Hospitality
- Execute intake, outtake and assisted stretches 30/60 min as well as 15/25 min complimentary services for members
- Interact with members to enhance their recovery and overall club experience
- Create and offer personalized programs / series
- Maintain an organized, clean and safe stretch area during shifts and sessions
- Professional Development
- Attend and pass mandatory pre-work training
- Continuing Education classes to elevate knowledge and qualify for promotions
