About the role

The Enterprise Transformation Project Manager plays a key role in driving JRM's highest-priority enterprise initiatives.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, collaborative, and execution-focused, with strong program management skills and the ability to influence stakeholders in a fast-paced, highly visible environment.

Drive the coordination and execution of enterprise-wide strategic initiatives and transformation programs.
Develop and manage integrated project plans, timelines, milestones, dependencies, and accountability structures across multiple concurrent initiatives.
Support prioritization, sequencing, and governance of strategic initiatives in alignment with organizational goals.
Establish and maintain reporting structures, dashboards, project management methodologies, and operating rhythms for the Transformation Office.
Develop standardized tools, templates, and processes that improve visibility, consistency, and execution across enterprise initiatives.
Partner with leadership to develop and execute change management strategies that support successful implementation and long-term adoption of strategic initiatives.
Support communication, engagement, and readiness activities that promote alignment and continuous improvement.
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Strategic Support

5-8+ years of experience in program management, PMO, transformation, consulting, operations, strategic initiatives, organizational change management, or related roles.
Experience managing cross-functional initiatives in complex, fast-paced organizations.
Experience supporting organizational change management, transformation initiatives, or enterprise implementation efforts.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.
Strong executive presence and ability to work effectively with senior leadership.
Proficiency with project management tools, reporting platforms, Microsoft Office, and presentation development.
Strong project and program management capabilities, including planning, coordination, tracking, governance, and executive reporting.
Ability to influence and build alignment across diverse stakeholder groups and levels of leadership.
Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail and follow-through.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt quickly in a dynamic environment.
Salary Information

Bachelor's degree in business, Management, Organizational Leadership, Construction Management, or related field preferred.
Familiarity with change management methodologies or frameworks preferred.
Experience within construction, professional services, real estate, engineering, or related industries preferred.

To the extent this role is performed in New York City, the annual salary range is $120,000 - $140,000.
