About the role

Responsibilities

  • Program Management and Analysis Lead the planning, execution, and evaluation of medium-sized programs or projects.
  • Develop and manage program plans, schedules, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Monitor program performance, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Develop detailed reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate findings to leadership and stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and other key stakeholders.
  • Process Improvement and Innovation Identify opportunities to optimize program processes and improve efficiency.
  • Support organizational change initiatives by recommending and implementing process improvements.
  • Leadership and Mentorship Lead tasks and activities within medium-scope projects, ensuring successful execution and delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of program activities.
  • Support the development of long-term strategies to achieve program and organizational objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in program analysis, project management, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Smartsheet) and data visualization platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Nice to have

  • Strong experience with data analytics platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, or Python for data analysis).
  • Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, CAPM, or PRINCE2).
  • Familiarity with federal or state government program management processes.
  • Knowledge of Earned Value Management (EVM) principles and their application.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams or managing small projects independently.
  • Work Environment/Conditions: Determined by management if applicable.
