Responsibilities

  • Operates and maintains standard and non-standard manufacturing equipment in accordance with established safety and quality protocols.
  • Performs routine and non-routine inspections and troubleshooting on machinery, escalating basic to moderately complex issues to senior technicians or supervisors.
  • Documents production data and equipment performance, ensuring records are accurate and compliant with regulatory requirements.
  • Adheres to standard operating procedures and participates in periodic audits to maintain compliance with industry and organization's standards.
  • Identifies and implements standard and non-standard process improvements to enhance efficiency, product quality, or workplace safety.
  • Collaborates with cross-functional teams to support production schedules and resolve workflow bottlenecks.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience required.
  • 4 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment, operating and maintaining manufacturing equipment or machinery, or a related field required.
  • Certifications and Licenses: None required.
  • 2 - 4 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment, operating and maintaining manufacturing equipment or machinery, or a related field required.
  • None required.

Nice to have

  • Vocational/Technical Diploma in manufacturing, industrial technology, a related field, or equivalent experience preferred.
