  • What the Early Phase Business Development Department does at Worldwide The Early Phase Business Development department is a group of highly dedicated individuals working as one to bring the best-in-class customer service to our clients.

Responsibilities

  • Identify new contact leads for potential clinical, bioanalytical, and ADME business.

Requirements

  • Responsible for writing basic clinical and bioanalytical proposals, communicating with clients, internal Clinical Study Managers, and Bioanalytical Study Managers and other duties required to generate new business.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CTMS, and EDC Systems
  • Four (4) to six (6) years of experience in Bioanalytical Laboratory, Central Laboratory, Phase I, IIB Clinical Research or CRO industries and at least eight (8) years prior sales experience.

Nice to have

  • Actively engage senior management in all major business presentations, and discussions on Requests For Information (RFI), Master Service Agreements (MSA ) and Preferred Provider Agreements (PPA).
  • MS or MBA preferred

Compensation

  • will fall within the provided range, and it not a guarantee of exact salary.
  • The final salary will be determined based on relevant experience, performance, education, and internal equity.
