About the role

  • As the company accelerates commercialization of its next-generation humanoid platform, the Chief of Staff to the CEO plays a critical leadership role in shaping and delivering the company's most high-impact strategic programs.
  • The Chief of Staff functions as a strategic accelerator-a highly focused, agile executive translating strategy into measurable outcomes that position Agility Robotics as the clear leader in humanoid robotics.
  • Operational Cadence: Establish operating cadence, program reviews, and executive reporting frameworks in partnership with the Executive Leadership Team (ELT) and program teams.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of strategic programs that enable Agility's humanoid leadership, ensuring executional discipline, risk mitigation, and milestone delivery.
  • Drive OKR alignment and provide visibility across the ELT to support and drive achievement across the entire organization.

Requirements

  • Track Record: Proven ability to drive large-scale, complex, cross-functional initiatives from concept through commercialization with executive-level accountability.
  • Technical Acumen: Deep strategic and analytical skills with significant exposure to complex hardware-software systems
  • experience in robotics or automation environments is strongly preferred.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or related technical field required
  • Top-tier MBA or Master's in a technical field strongly preferred.
  • Leadership: Strong executive presence, communication, and leadership skills capable of influencing at C-suite levels.
  • This a hybrid position based out of one of our Fremont, CA office.
  • The final salary offered to a successful candidate will be dependent on several factors that may include but are not limited to: job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Agility Robotics is a multi-state employer and this salary range may not reflect positions who work in other locations. These ranges may be modified in the future.
  • Anticipated Salary Range
  • $203,000 - $316,000 USD
