About the role

  • YETI is searching for an individual to fill the role of FP&A Sr.
  • Analyst supporting our Corporate FP&A function.
  • The role will be responsible for consolidated revenue, unit, and margin reporting and analytics across YETI's portfolio of channels and products.

Responsibilities

  • Own consolidated revenue, units, and margin reporting processes and drive continuous improvement of financial reporting accuracy and efficiency.
  • Partner with YETI FP&A teams and business partners to consolidate budget, forecast, and outlook deliverables for Corporate departments
  • Generate reporting & analytics, identify business risks and opportunities, and provide recommendations to support strategic decision-making through Monthly Business Reviews, Board reporting, and leadership presentations.
  • Own various ad hoc analysis and presentations as needed for senior management
  • Conduct analyses to gain deeper insights into our business and help management understand how to scale, manage and grow the business predictably and profitably across all channels and products
  • Lead projects and initiatives focused on improving productivity and simplifying processes throughout the organization
  • Is known for developing and delivering results on a timely basis

Requirements

  • Greater than 5 years of finance experience, primarily in an FP&A role
  • Basic knowledge of GAAP and revenue recognition rules
  • Ability to handle changing priorities and use good judgment in stressful situations
  • This individual needs to be highly analytical and detail-oriented with the ability to synthesize data and make sound business recommendations to management.
  • They must be a collaborative problem-solver, who not only understands the numbers, but also the broader business context around them.

Nice to have

  • Undergraduate degree in finance or accounting strongly preferred
  • SAP, Workday Adaptive Planning, and/or Tableau experience strongly preferred
  • Experience with consumer goods companies preferred
