About the role
- As an Analyst II, Testing, you will ensure the quality and reliability of fintech products through manual and automated testing, while leveraging AI-assisted quality engineering practices to improve efficiency and delivery outcomes.
- This role blends deep QA expertise with modern platform skills and AI-assisted productivity empowering teams to work efficiently in a cloud‑native, automation-first environment.
- Contribute to testing process improvements and best practices
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Delivery and Project Managers to meet timelines
- Support automation improvements
- Develop and maintain manual and automated test scripts
- Perform functional and automation testing
- Design test cases with automation-first mindset
- To be a part of vibrant team and to build up a career on core banking/payments domain
Requirements
- 4-6 years QA experience
- 2+ years automation (UI & API)
- Basic knowledge of AI-assisted tools (Copilot)
- Ability to use AI for productivity
- Selenium, Postman/Rest Assured, Cucumber
- Git/SVN, Jira, CI/CD tools
- Debugging and root cause analysis
- Database knowledge (SQL)
- Understanding of AI validation and limitations
Nice to have
- ISO 20022 knowledge
- Payment systems (SEPA, SCT Instant, cross-border)
