Responsibilities
- Mix and cook ingredients to a set temperature, and set steam valves and chilled water valve to maintain consistency of fillings.
- Maintain home department in a clean and orderly manner.
- Performs other related duties as requested by leader or supervisor.
Requirements
- required to work until end of production shift daily
- could be scheduled more than 5 days/week, and overtime may be required.
- Train new employees as required.
