Responsibilities

  • Responsible for ensuring the proper filing of all new hire paperwork into Workday, including I-9 document review;
  • Digitize legacy employee records into Workday or HR Drives;
  • Maintain compliance with federal and state regulations concerning employment and necessary posters for the office;
  • Manage new hire corporate background check systems and results;

Requirements

  • Must be self-motivated, resourceful and disciplined;
  • Ability to relate to people of all levels and personalities;
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced environment;
  • Knowledge of principles and practices of HR administration, including ADA and FMLA requirements;

Nice to have

  • Bachelor's degree, preferred;

Compensation

  • The typical base pay range for this role nationwide is $20 to $23 per hour.

Benefits

  • Reporting to the Director of Human Resources, the HR Coordinator is responsible for the day-to-day administration of Human Resources programs and policies for OneDigital Advanced Health's employees.
  • Minimum of 1 years' experience in a Human Resources position, or HR-specific education required;
  • Prior benefits and LOA administration experience a plus.
