Responsibilities
- Manage full lifecycle recruiting for technical and operational positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding support.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, provide recruiting updates, and help drive efficient hiring processes.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Deliver a positive candidate experience through timely communication and thoughtful engagement throughout the hiring process.
- Collaborate with HR and cross-functional partners to support offer development, hiring processes, and recruiting initiatives.
- Maintain accurate recruiting data and activity within the applicant tracking system.
- Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.

Compensation
- VulcanForms offers a competitive salary and equity package.
- The annual base salary range for this position is $72,000 to $100,000.
